Meet the Team

I handle all non-clinical aspects of the practice, including hiring of staff, payroll, and all employee-related matters. Most of my interactions with patients involve helping the front desk when they are busy. I love to meet new people and make sure they are having a positive experience at the office. I enjoy being able to work with my husband, Dr. Cassinelli, to make his practice everything he wants it to be!

We have three grown children — Elena, Jeremy, and Madison — three large dogs and a cat. We love to travel, go boating and watch college football. We root for Alabama and Ohio State! Roll Tide and Go Bucks!

I enjoy meeting and welcoming patients into our office for the first time. There is such a feeling of achievement as I see the journey our patients make to a great smile. We take pride in the relationships we form with our patients and their families. Our staff is a great group who care about our patients.

I have three children, Taylor, Trista, and Colten. In my spare time I enjoy various outdoor activities including watching my son play lacrosse.

After being in retail and customer service for over twenty years, I joined Drs. Cassinelli, Shanker and Associates’s as a front desk coordinator. Patients and their happiness is my priority. My goal is to make sure each person feels comfortable and welcomed into the office and to assist with answering questions and scheduling appointments. It is wonderful to see the profound changes in our patients’ smiles.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband Ben and our two children, Josephine and Liam. I love to decorate, cook and host people over at my house and watch my kids play sports.

It has been my pleasure to transition from many years in Retail Store Management to a Front Desk Coordinator here with our Ortho team. I enjoy working in an environment that simply puts people first. My passion is to build connections and to experience the small glimpses into our patients lives that help make lasting impressions. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Alex, and our two golden retrievers Willow and Luna. We enjoy traveling, decorating our home (especially for the holidays) and going to nature parks.

I look forward to welcoming patients and their families to our office. It is my goal to provide exceptional customer service to our patients and help them in every way possible. Having been in orthodontics myself both as a child and as an adult, I am extremely empathetic to patients needs and wants because I have been there myself. I am a parent of two children who successfully completed their orthodontic journeys with Drs. Cassinelli, Shanker & Associates. We could not be more pleased.

I have been married to my husband Jeff for over twenty years and we have two beautiful and amazing daughters, Rachel and Megan. My husband and I are both graduates of the University of Cincinnati and we always root for the Bearcats! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and playing music trivia.

I started working as a front desk coordinator in March 2025. I previously worked for many years at King Island and helped with onboarding new associates for four seasons. I enjoy going to the gym and taking walks. The best part of my job at Cassinelli Shanker and Associates is helping patients and meeting new people.

I have my years of experience in retail and customer service. It is nice to transition to a new job with similar mindset. I love making connections with people and helping them have a great experience. I love spending time with my husband and three children and enjoy playing with my dog, cooking, going to watch the Reds and finding new coffee shops to try!

I call insurance companies to check policy benefits, pre-authorize treatment, and file insurance claims. Most of my time is spent on the phone with insurance companies making sure our patients are getting the most from their coverage. I communicate with our patients about their benefits and help answer their insurance questions. Drs. Cassinelli and Shanker and the entire staff are wonderful people to work with each day.

My husband Mike and I enjoy spending time with our daughters, Emily and Abigail. We also have a Goldendoodle named Claire.

I handle all accounts payable and receivable and get all paperwork ready for new patients starting treatment. I am always available to speak with families regarding insurance and payment matters and try to answer their questions as best as I can. I love the fact that my job is so varied. There is always something different to do, from posting payments, paying bills, and working on insurance matters with Terry to preparing paperwork for patients. I work with a really great group of women!

My husband’s name is John and we have two kids, Ben and Allie. I love to do yard work, especially cutting the grass with the riding mower!

As a Financial Office Assistant I contact dental insurance companies and verify benefits so we can provide accurate benefit information to our patients and families on their first visit. I am excited to share that I joined this amazing team in March of 2019.

I am married to my wonderful husband, Jared, and we have two sons, Andrew and Aaron. Jared and I are Miami Mergers and Aaron is following in toe as a Miami University student as well. I have served as a leader in the scouting program for over 13 years and as Vice President of our elementary school PTO.

Our family treasures our time together and some of our favorite family activities include Kings Island’s Halloween Haunt and weekend movie watching at the Holiday Auto Theater. We love the outdoors, taking hikes, watching movies and enjoying a good cup of coffee together at the end of each work day.

I was hired to work in the financial office. I have lived in Cincinnati all my life and have 5 brothers and sisters. I love all animals, enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports and traveling.

I am a Clinical Manager for Drs. Cassinelli, Shanker, and Associates. I have my coronal polishing certificate and do sterilization and radiography. I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them feel comfortable with any procedure being done. I love watching a patient’s progress from start to finish. The patient’s smile at the end of their journey is the best part of my job.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband Johnny and our three children. I also have a chocolate lab named Brewer. I love spending my free time outdoors, boating, camping, and going to my son’s sporting events. Family time is the best time!

I am a Clinical Manager for Drs. Cassinelli, Shanker & Associates. I completed a dental assisting program and received my certificate and radiology license. I joined the practice in the fall of 2012. My favorite part of my job is seeing the patients progress in their treatment and the end result.

When I’m not at work, family means the most to me. I am married to Chris and am the proud mom of two boys.

As a new patient coordinator in our office, I will be here to guide you through this new and exciting adventure! I have worked with Drs. Cassinelli and Shanker since 2005. My role in the office has changed over the years from orthodontic assistant to new patient coordinator, so I have a great understanding of our patients’ needs. I’m here to make your orthodontic experience easy and enjoyable.

I have three wonderful children, Noah, Micah, and Madelyn, a dog and a cat and love spending time with my family.

I am one of the new patient coordinators for Drs. Cassinelli, Shanker, and Associates. I enjoy getting to meet all of the new families who come into our practice and help them decide on the best treatment for themselves or their child. I joined the practice in January 2017 and worked for two years as an orthodontic assistant and recall coordinator. My favorite part about my job is seeing the progress from start to finish on someone’s new smile.

When I’m not working, I enjoy shopping and going to UC Football games. I got married in October 2018 to my husband Chris, and we have 2 children. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and my dogs.

I am a Senior at Butler Tech in the dental assistant program. I am excited to be working and learning more about dentistry at Cassinelli Shanker and Associates! I enjoy playing softball and play for both my school as well as a summer team.

I am a Senior at Butler Tech studying dental assisting. I am excited to have my first dental job and can’t wait to learn more! I love working out and running when I am not working or studying.

I am a lab technician. Helping our patients throughout the journey to their beautiful healthy smiles is the best part of my job. I am originally from Lithuania and I am married with four daughters. I love to be outdoors, hiking, gardening, traveling and enjoy photography.

I have worked with Dr. Cassinelli for more than 20 years. I run the in-house lab, make orthodontic appliances, and fill in as a new patient coordinator and assistant when needed. I love getting quiet, shy patients who don’t talk. I am a talker, so I love to try to get them to open up and have fun when they are here. I want everyone to enjoy coming to the office.

I am married with two daughters, Skyla and Kayla, both are in college at BGSU. I love to travel and try new foods.

I have worked for the practice since 2004. Our doctors are the best at what they do and are wonderful people! I was a clinical assistant for 18 years and now work as a lab technician making clear aligners. I also order supplies for both of our offices.

I have been married to my husband James since 2011. We have 2 sons, Declan & Drake and a boxer named Murphy. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching my kids play sports, bike rides, Kings Island, puzzles & family vacations to the beach.

I love to meet our patients and their families. I strive to make each interaction a positive one and hope that our patients enjoy the time they spend in our office. I love working with children and treat them as I would my own kids. All of our doctors are extremely caring and very enthusiastic about their jobs. We love to see our patients smile!

I am married to my husband Michael, and we have four children — Will, Adam, Timothy, and Clara — one dog, and three cats. When I’m not spending time with my family, I enjoy playing volleyball, coaching volleyball, and spending time outdoors.

I am working as a lead orthodontic assistant and love it! I love helping people achieve confidence with a beautiful smile!

In my free time, I love spending time with my sons, Noah and Dre, and my dog Ace. We love to go to Kings Island, watch Friends, and eat pizza. Something else about me is that I can speak German!

I joined this amazing team in March 2022. I have my B.S. in Biochemistry and M.S. in Health Studies & Kinesiology. I plan to apply to dental school soon. I am excited to work in dentistry and help patients gain confidence with a beautiful smile! In my spare time, I enjoy being outside, taking my dog on walks, and traveling with my fiancé.

I joined the team in August, 2023. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and my dog Mia. I love to go on long runs and read. I fluently speak Spanish.

I am a lead orthodontic assistant for Drs. Cassinelli, Shanker, and Associates. I attended Ross Medical Education Center to get my dental assisting/radiology certificate. I joined the practice in the Spring of 2019. My favorite part of the job is the relationships that I make with our patients.

When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and running in 5k, 10k or spartan races.

I joined this awesome team in August 2021. When I’m not shopping or hanging out with my friends, you’ll find me on Lake Cumberland enjoying our boat or hiking the beautiful trails.

I assist our doctors chair side with radiology and sterilization. I like to engage my patients with interesting conversation to help them feel comfortable and at ease with their procedures. The doctors are funny and have positive attitudes. They are great with patients, both clinically and personally. I love seeing the success our patients experience and the happiness a new smile gives them.

I am married to my husband Jeff and we have two children, Taylor and Haley. I enjoy working out and spending time with my family.

I joined Cassinelli, Shanker & Associates as an Orthodontic Assistant in 2022. I previously worked over 16 years in the medical field. I enjoy helping patients achieve their beautiful smiles. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, family and visiting our Tennessee lake house as often as I can.

Hello, I’m Abby!

I have worked in Orthodontics for several years. I love to travel, read, and go hiking with my dog!

I have been an EFDA for many years. I currently work for a general dentist several days a week and help Cassinelli and Shanker Orthodontics on Fridays in Blue Ash with removing braces. I have twin sons and love to watch them do dirt biking competitions.

My name is Liz. I have been working in dental for over 12 years and 8 of those have been an an EFDA. I have 4 children, 3 boys and a girl. In my free time, I enjoy concerts, summer time at Houston Woods and spending time with family and friends.

I joined the team in May 2023 to work as an orthodontic assistant. I have lots of pets and enjoy anything outdoors, especially hiking.

I joined the practice in July 2023, after being a patient myself several years ago. I am currently a student at the University of Cincinnati. In my free time, you can find me spending time with my mini golden doodle Daisy, or with my family and friends.

I joined this amazing practice in September 2023. I went to Dental Assisting Academy for my certification and radiology licenses. When I am not working, I love reading and playing with my 3 dogs.

I joined this awesome team in May of 2024.I received my Dental Assisting and Radiology certificate from Union Centre Institute.

In my free time I spend my time with my two puppies, and enjoy going to the lake with family and friends.

I joined the team in December 2024 but I have about 4 years of prior dental experience.

I have a son and a daughter and in my free time I like to go shopping and spend time with my family.

I am the mom of two children and spend most of my time outside of work with them. I also do nails on the weekends. I love working with people and enjoy seeing the results when patients get the smile they want!

I am happy to be back in the dental field. I was trained as a dentist in India and am currently working as an orthodontic assistant. I am married and have two daughters. I enjoy reading, gardening and music.

I graduated from dental assisting school and love my new career in orthodontics! In my free time, I enjoy shopping, snowboarding, and fishing.

I am happy to be able to help people make their dream of a beautiful smile come true! I have two children, and I love to spend my free time with them. I also love trying new food and shopping.

I completed the ADAPT dental assisting program and received my radiography license. I am excited to take care of patients and give them a great smile! I love food and being outside when it’s warm. I enjoy spending time with my parents and siblings.
