Attention! I received news yesterday that I might need braces and was referred to an orthodontist. Since my sons are current clients, I already had a preferred choice. I called today for an evaluation. Not only do they specialize in orthodontic care, but they also excel in customer service. In the past two years, I’ve never spent more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. We’re usually out of the chair before our scheduled time, and I’ve never encountered any rude behavior, frowns, or unpleasant visits. I highly value old-school service, and they deliver! Their handling of my children and me has been exceptional in every way. I trust these board certified orthodontists and can’t rave enough about them. This is the place to go!

The entire staff and doctors are top notch! They treat you with the utmost respect and understanding of each patient's individual needs. They all show professionalism in everything they do. Would highly recommend them.

Both my daughter and I had consultations with Dr. Cassinelli. He was very open and honest and answered all questions. He and his staff were all very personable, yet professional. From the front desk interaction to the introduction to the practice with Beverly, to scheduling treatment with Dr. Cassienlli, we could not have felt more welcome and look forward to treatment!

I am 56 years and this was my first visit to an orthodontist in years. The first impression walking in was very professional and friendly. The staff was very attentive. Dr. Shanker and Beverly were fantastic! They were both very knowledgeable, real, understanding, and honest in their evaluation and answering questions. It was clear they put the patient first. I would highly recommend Cassinelli, Shanker & Associates. Very easy to schedule, the whole staff is super friendly and easy going. You can tell they are passionate about their jobs and they really want a smile to look it’s best. My oldest just finished the braces process and his smile looks great! I’ll be back when it’s time for my youngest child

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this orthodontic office over the years while they’ve cared for all three of my children (14, 11, 9). The entire team is consistently professional, organized, and kind, and they do a great job making kids feel comfortable and confident throughout treatment. Most recently, when my 9-year-old had an unexpected orthodontic emergency and was in significant discomfort, Dr. Segall generously offered to meet us after hours to remove the device and relieve the pain. Even though the procedure itself was quick, he took the time to carefully explain what he was doing and why—especially thoughtful knowing I had already spent nearly an hour unsuccessfully trying to remove it at home. That extra attention and reassurance meant a lot in a stressful moment. My daughter raved about how much that meant to her and now says Dr. Segall is “the greatest doctor” and how kind it was for him to come in late in the evening when he had already been enjoying his evening. That kind of care really sticks with kids—and parents too. We are incredibly grateful for the care all three of our children have received and would highly recommend this office to any family looking for attentive, compassionate, and high-quality orthodontic treatment. ⭐️🦷👏

Drs. Cassinelli and Shanker are the best of the best, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always prepared. I got clear aligners, and less than 7 months later, I am all fixed up in time for my wedding!

I came to Dr. Cassinelli to fix a nonuniform bite profile. I was very impressed by the professionalism and skill exhibited by Dr. Cassinelli and his entire staff. Throughout the 24 months, he methodically aligned, straightened, manipulated the wires and used rubberbands to pull the gaps closed. In addition to fixing the bite profile, he was tasked with aligning my top left row of teeth with an existing implant post. He communicated with and worked well with my dentist and oral surgeon to achieve the alignment and open up the space to faciltate the installation of the implant crown. I am very pleased with the end result, and I would recommend Dr. Cassinelli's Practice to both the younger patients and the adult patients. Braces are never fun, but I always looked forward to my Orthodontist visits because I could see the progress made after each visit. Thank you Dr. Cassinelli and Staff for a job well done!
